It appears to be made of brass, (It looks like cast rather than struck) and has mis matching obverse and reverse types. It has passed in circulation by the worn appearance. I cant see a good reason to copy a low denomination like this, unless as a souvenir maybe. Any other opinions welcome. 29mm. 8. 42g, as pictured.
